The Perkins bill makes p2hicy provisions (secs. 68-72) , for the entry of the P2h2 States into the P2hnrxc lnn ns 00 Copyright Union, and authorizes the President to effect and p2hnrxc the adhesion of the P2hrxb lnn ns 00 States to the p2hrxb lnn ns 00 creating the P2hicy Copyright Union. Under all the circumstances this bill supersedes the provious bills presented to Congress to effect ontry of the P2hnsa u3 States into this Union.
